Escobar Treasury

Terms of Service

Last updated 7 October 2026

1. About the service

P2P Escobar Treasury ("we", "us") operates a peer-to-peer USDT–INR exchange service through our Discord server and this dashboard. By opening a ticket, submitting KYC, or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that using this service is lawful where you live.

3. Identity verification (KYC)

You must complete identity verification before buying USDT, and we may ask for verification for any trade. You agree to provide accurate, current information and genuine documents. We may approve, reject, or re-request verification at our discretion, and may decline service to anyone.

4. How trading works

Trades are arranged inside support tickets with our staff. Exchange rates are floating and are quoted for each individual trade; you should confirm the amount and rate before completing a transaction.

5. Payments must come from you

We do not accept third-party payments. Every payment must come from a bank account or UPI ID in your own name, the same name as your verified KYC. If a payment comes from anyone else, it will be put on hold permanently and the trade will not be completed.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, financing illegal activity, moving stolen funds, impersonation, or evading limits with multiple accounts. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

Do not try to cheat, scam or mislead us during a trade, for example with fake payment proofs, chargebacks, or payments from someone else's account. If we find such a case, you will be permanently banned from our service with no appeal, and we may take legal action.

7. Risks and no financial advice

Cryptocurrency values are volatile and blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. We do not provide investment, tax, or financial advice. You trade at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions.

8. Suspension and termination

We may refuse, pause, or reverse a trade, and may suspend or ban accounts, where we detect a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or a legal requirement.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate details you provide, wallet or bank errors, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use of the service means you accept the current Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction there.

12. Contact

For any questions about these Terms, contact the team through the official P2P Escobar Treasury Discord server.
