1. Overview

This policy explains what personal information P2P Escobar Treasury collects, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our Discord service and dashboard.

2. Information we collect

From Discord: your account ID, username, and avatar when you sign in.

From KYC: your full name, phone, email, ID type and number, a photo of your ID document, a selfie, and optionally your UPI ID and USDT wallet address.

From Video KYC (larger buy orders only): a short selfie video in which you state your name, the order amount and who you are buying from.

From activity: your transaction records and ticket messages (kept as transcripts when a ticket is closed).

3. How we use your information

To verify your identity, confirm larger purchases, arrange and record trades, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and meet KYC, anti-fraud and other legal or regulatory obligations.

4. Storage and security

Records are stored in our database and uploaded documents in a private file store. Video KYC recordings are kept in a private Google Drive folder owned by us, or in our private file store. Access is restricted to authorized staff. Everything you send is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection, sign-in uses Discord OAuth, and your KYC documents and videos are never publicly accessible or posted in Discord.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is accessible to our authorized staff for the purposes above, and may be disclosed if required by law or to prevent fraud or harm.

6. Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet record-keeping or legal requirements. You may request deletion, subject to any records we must retain by law.

7. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the Discord server. You can also decline to complete KYC, but you will not be able to buy USDT from us.

8. Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date shows the current version.
